Early check-in and late checkout

Both can be arranged, and both depend on what's happening with the apartment that day. If nobody's staying the night before, an early check-in is usually easy. If the place turns over tight, it may not be possible, so the honest answer is to ask us ahead of time and we'll tell you where things stand.

Late checkout until 1:00 PM is available for $100, subject to availability. If you need it, let the front desk know and we'll confirm whether we can hold the apartment for you.

How check-in actually works

Check-in is self-service through a smart lock and keypad, so there's no line and no waiting on a set arrival window. We send detailed instructions, including your code, the day before you arrive. Follow those and you're in.

If you arrive early or leave late

You don't have to plan your whole day around the clock. We store luggage for free at the property, in the lobby with our concierge, and it's available 24/7. Drop your bags, go see the city, and come back when your apartment is ready.
