How Do You Check In at 17 John?

There's no front desk to line up at. You let yourself in with a smart lock and keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule without coordinating a key handoff.

Before you arrive

We'll email your check-in instructions the day before your arrival, including your entry code and how to find your suite. Keep that message handy on your phone and you're set.

Times

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, so just ask us ahead of time and we'll see what we can do. Late checkout until 1:00 PM is available for a $100 fee when the suite allows it.

Arriving early or leaving late

If you land before your suite is ready or have a late flight home, you don't have to haul your bags around the city. We have secure luggage storage in the lobby, assisted by our concierge, available 24/7 and free of charge on both your check-in and check-out days.

Wi-Fi and settling in

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the property, and the login details come with your check-in info. Once you're in, make yourself at home.
