House Rules
- Pets We’re sorry however, we’re not a pet-friendly property. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
- Check-In Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.
- Check-Out Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.
- Smoking We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.
- Noise Please remember to keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, as we want to be respectful of other guests and the neighborhood we’re in. If the police are called due to noise complaints, it could lead to eviction without a refund.
- Damages & Loss We’d really appreciate it if you could treat our home as if it were your own. You’ll be responsible for any damages or losses, which may be charged to your account. If you notice anything, please let us know right away.
- Mail & Packages You’re welcome to send mail and packages to the building, and our concierge will accept them for you. However, we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items. For added peace of mind, we recommend sending them to the nearest pick-up location.
- CLEANING; We don’t provide daily cleaning, but if you’d like an additional cleaning, we’d be happy to arrange it for you. The cost is $100. Just let us know when you'd like it scheduled, and we’ll take care of the rest.
