Why a multi-bedroom suite works for a group
A multi-bedroom suite means everyone gets their own room instead of splitting a group across two hotel rooms down the hall from each other. That's the whole point. You've got separate bedrooms, a shared living room to gather in at the end of the day, and a kitchen where you can actually cook. For a family of six or a group traveling together, that's the difference between a trip that feels cramped and one where people can spread out.
We get a lot of guests booking longer stays this way, sometimes a week or ten days, and the setup is built for it. You're not living out of a suitcase in a single room. You've got room to stretch out.
The kitchen is a real kitchen
Every suite has a full kitchen, stocked with kitchenware and a coffee maker. That matters more than people expect. Feeding a group in Manhattan restaurants three times a day adds up fast, and with kids it's often easier to make breakfast in your own space than to get everyone out the door to a diner. You can do a grocery run, keep the fridge full, and cook when you feel like it. Cooking a couple of meals in also gives you a slower morning, which is worth a lot on a family trip.
Wi-Fi is included throughout, so if someone in the group needs to log on for work while everyone else heads out, that works too.
In-unit laundry for longer stays
There's a laundry room at the property, which changes what you pack for a longer trip. If you're here a week or more, you don't need to bring ten days of clothes for six people. Do a load mid-stay and you're set. For families with kids this is the quiet thing that makes a long trip manageable.
If you're traveling with little ones
We have pack-n-plays available free of charge. Just let us know before you arrive and we'll have it set up in the room before you get there. No hauling a travel crib through the airport.
Arriving and getting settled
Check-in is self-service through a smart lock, and we send the door code and detailed instructions the day before you arrive. For a group that lands at odd hours, that's easier than lining up at a front desk. If you get in before your room is ready, we store luggage for free at the property, and the same goes for the day you check out. Drop the bags, go have one more day in the city, come back for them.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is available for $100 when the room's free, which can help on a departure day with a big group and an afternoon flight.
Space to actually live in the city
The building has a guest lounge and a gym on the lower level, and a rooftop terrace that's a nice spot in the evening once the kids are down or the group wants to sit outside. The Financial District itself is quiet on weekends, which people don't always expect, so a group stay here tends to feel calmer than midtown. You're a short walk from the ferry terminals, Stone Street's restaurants, and the waterfront at Battery Park.
If you're weighing a multi-bedroom suite against booking several separate rooms or a short-term rental, the pitch is simple: one space, everyone together, a kitchen and laundry, and someone to email if you need something.
